This project focuses on the evidentiary regime developed by the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, as part of the DISSECT Project.
Specifically, it examines the rules and practices governing treatment of evidence in proceedings before the Court as well as political underpinnings and uses of the evidentiary regime at the Court.
