This project “Evidence in the European Court of Human Rights” studies the evidence regime developed by the European Court of Human Rights.
As part of the DISSECT project it investigates, in particular, how the formal and informal rules and practices which govern the Court’s treatment of evidence impact on the equality of arms between the parties.
