Children’s Rights under the European Social Charter

Studies often deal with children’s rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child or the European Convention on the Rights of the Child. While the European Social Charter remains quite understudied, a number of provisions under the Charter deal with rights of children. The research aims to provide an in-depth study of the European Social Charter from a childen’s rights perspective, also highlighting any cross-fertilization between different regional regimes.
