Yves Haeck and Clara Burbano Herrera teach a course on the role of the European and Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the development and enforcement of human rights norms at Centre for Human Rights of the University of Pretoria

Prof. Dr. Yves Haeck and Prof. Dr. Clara Burbano Herrera will teach the course ‘The African human rights system in a comparative perspective’, which focuses on regional human rights norms and their application in Africa. The course covers the role of universal and regional players in the development and enforcement of human rights norms. The course will be taught at the University of Pretoria.
