Nele Schuldt started her PhD journey at the University of Ghent in November 2020, appointed as a FWO fellow (Research Foundation Flanders).
She holds an Adv. LL.M in European and International Human Rights Law from the University of Leiden and a L.L.B in Law and Human Rights from the University of Essex.
Following her postgraduate studies, she was taken on as trainee at the European Court of Human Rights, working under the supervision of Judge Pinto de Albuquerque.
Her research focuses on Evidence in Human Rights Litigation related to Climate Change and Environmental Claims, carried out under the supervision of Professor Marie- Bénédicte Dembour.
